What are our kapsy?
Kapsy are empanadas: filled pastries with a crispy crust, a classic of Latin American cooking, with 60% filling – from duck with red cabbage to beef with cheddar.
We close them by hand in Ostrov near Karlovy Vary and freeze them, so they are ready in a few minutes at home or in your business.
